1. Introduction Welcome to ProtectorApp! These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our app, operated by Protectorate Solutions Ltd. By using ProtectorApp, you agree to these T&C.

2. Definitions

• “App”: ProtectorApp
• “User”: Any person using the App
• “Service”: The features and functionalities provided by the App

3. User Obligations

• Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account information.
• Users must not misuse the App, including but not limited to:

• By posting content, users grant Protectorate Solutions Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content.

• Upon termination, users must cease all use of the App and delete any copies of the App in their possession.

• Protectorate Solutions Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
• The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Indemnification

• Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Protectorate Solutions Ltd. from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from their use of the App or violation of these T&C.

10. Governing Law

• These T&C are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
• Any disputes arising under these T&C will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of Ireland.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from or relating to these T&C or the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in the Republic of Ireland, in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Association/Organization, such as the Irish Arbitration Association or the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)].
• The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on both parties.
